1. iOS users need an overseas account to find the official ChatGPT app.
2. Android users need to download it from the Play Store (not the phone's built-in app store).
3. Do not select HK (Hong Kong); make sure to choose regions where ChatGPT is available, e.g., Japan, USA, Taiwan, Singapore.

If you don't have an account, you can register on your mobile using sign up with email.
